Real time ping and post through Retreaver, on that source's own postback key. One question: is anyone free for this caller, in this state, right now?

We answer from live memory.
No database on the hot path. Ready, line checked, not on a call, not wrapping up, licensed for this state, under caps, campaign confirmed. Seven things true at once, or the answer is no.

Yes, and a number to dial.
One specific agent is reserved for fifteen seconds. If the answer had been no, the source is told no target straight away and keeps its call.

AGENT
It is in the headset.
No ringtone. No press 1. No accept button. No hold music. Just a soft connected tick and two people talking. The call is only marked answered once the agent's browser has actually connected.

The ring fills and turns green.
The campaign's clock is reached. That is a qualified call. The caller's number is revealed to the agent only now, enforced on the server.

What happened? Eleven answers, tap then confirm. Sold asks for premium, carrier and plan type. Then the agent is Off until they press Ready again.

That day's qualified calls, each at the price frozen when the agent confirmed the campaign. Short calls and credited calls are listed as not on this bill.

The source's own numbers through their API, Retreaver's numbers, and ours, matched per call. Every gap is priced and explained. The loss line should trend to zero.
That is the whole thing.
No queue. No voicemail. No dead air. No call sent to somebody who cannot take it.
