One button, and a ten second check before it.
You work in Chrome on a computer with a headset. There is one huge round button. Grey means Off. Green and breathing means Ready. Amber means a call is on its way to you right now.
Every single time you go Ready, a ten second check runs first. A tone plays and you confirm you heard it. A live meter proves your microphone is working. Your phone line registers. No pass, no Ready.
- A bad headset never costs you a call, and never costs a caller one either.
- We keep a heartbeat with your browser every five seconds. If your tab dies, your laptop sleeps or your internet drops, you go Off within seconds and no call is sent to you.
- Coaching tips sit under the button while you wait.
