This platform was not designed in a meeting. It was built and is run by an agency owner who takes these calls himself, on the same screens every agent uses, and reads the same ping log at night.
Every rule on this site came from a real call that went wrong somewhere else first. The equipment check exists because a dead headset once cost a caller. The hidden number exists because short calls were being used to harvest numbers. The nightly itemized bill exists because nobody should have to argue about what they were charged for.
Fail closed
Down, slow, unknown or unclear all mean not available. Losing a call is acceptable. Connecting a caller to nobody is not.
Walls that hold
Agents never see a source's name. Sources never see a buyer's name. Buyers never see other buyers. Nobody's business is anybody else's.
Rows, not opinions
Every ping, every call, every charge and every change is logged. Disagreements are settled with records that both sides can read.
